Our beautiful Crochet Moses baskets are handmade in the UK, we used the highest quality yarn making them a perfect gift for your little one.

The raw materials used (cotton ropes) are certified by OekoTex Standard 100, which testifies to the absence of harmful substances used in the production and dyeing of cotton.

We recommend cleaning the basket with a damp cloth. Please note when you receive the basket, you may have to stretch the basket back into shape as they can often loose shape in transit. This is very easy to do, we can help you if you need additional help! Please don't machine wash the mattress.

The bottom of the basket is made of first-class pine wood, 6mm thick. After smoothing the surface, the bottom is covered with white paint on both sides. The paint meets safe for children - meets the requirements of PN-EN 71-2 and PN-EN 71-3 "Toy safety".

 Please note that due to the nature of the yarn the colour will differ slightly to the screen and the colour will differ from screen to screen. Thread colour will differ to pictures, pictures are a guide as all materials are recyclable, no two threads are the same. please contact to see the exact thread that will be used for your order. Thread my have slight frays , please bare in mind this is a very soft crochet fabric. 

Returns

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We don't offer free returns, we will arrange the return and invoice you for the return. Moses baskets return can cost up to £25.00 to return. The Moses basket must be returned in original packaging and box, the basket will be inspected for damage and then a refund will be issued. Returns are issued with Parcelforce. Please contact us today to arrange a return :)

If you don't like the colour you have received it is possible to exchange this, if you haven't contacted us to see the thread we will use to make the item you will have to cover the cost for the return and redelivery. This will be arranged by us via Parcelforce.
