Refund policy

We don't allow returns on any hair accessories. We follow a strict hygiene policy to ensure safety for everyone. If you received your item faulty please contact us and we will exchange your item. 

We don't accept returns on opened fitted sheets.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Moses Baskets, changing mats, baby dens (anything that is large) will need to be returned with Parcelforce. Please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

Small item's can be returned with any courier of your choice, we can arrange a collection for the parcel via Royal Mail. This service will cost £3.99.

All returns are strictly covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Items are checked the same say they arrive in our office! Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We don't offer free returns, we will arrange the return and invoice you for the return. The Moses basket must be returned in original packaging and box, the basket will be inspected for damage and then a refund will be issued. Returns are issued with Parcelforce. Please contact us today to arrange a return :)

You will receive a dispatch email from us when the parcel leaves our office. All parcels are tracked with Royal mail and Parcelforce

Moses baskets and cardigans have there own turnaround time depending on how busy we are, please see product descriptions for more info or pop us an email.

As of now, we have a turnaround time of up to 10-15 weeks.

Delays may occur, we will keep you updated if there is going to be a delay with your order.

Yes, the Moses basket comes with a mattress. There is no extra charge for this :)

The mattress should be hand washed only.

You can buy an additonal mattress for £10.00.

You may pay with Klarna for monthly installments or Clearpay for weekly installments. Select your preferred payment method at checkout.
